Guidelines
Initial Papers:
The
authors are invited to submit the full paper on or before February 7, 2009

Receipt
of paper submission will be confirmed by email.
The
first page of the draft paper should include:
Title of the paper,
author name, designation, affiliation, postal address, E-mail address, telephone number and fax
number(if available) for each author. The first page should also include the name of the
designated author, who will be presenting the paper (if accepted) and provide
four key words to indicate the subject area of your paper. At least one of the
key words must be taken from the list of topics provided under Scope.
The paper must follow the following format:
Abstract
: One paragraph containing about 100
words.
Full
text : Four to Six pages including
abstract, figures, graphs, tables, references etc.
Format
:
MSWORD in A4 size paper.
Font size :
10
pts.
Margins : Top,
Left, Right ? 0.75
inches.
Bottom - 1 inches
Font
Name :
Times New Roman
Spacing
: Single line & double column
Reference
: ACM/IEEE
style (for example)
All
papers submitted to this conference will be double blind reviewed by at least
two reviewers. Technical chair are responsible for the evaluation of paper.
Acceptance will be based primarily on originality and contribution.
Notification
of acceptance will be sent via email by February 18, 2009 March
2, 2009.

your final camera-ready copy of the manuscript via email to:

Final
manuscripts are due by February 27, 2009 March
4, 2009.
